With a degree in Communications from Ball State University and more than 15 years of experience in the intercept marketing industry, Steve Williams has earned the respect and admiration of the Smoky Mountain business leaders. With his hands-on approach to overseeing BDS as General Manager, he is dedicated to establishing the company as the global leader of brochure distribution services. Steve is the driving force behind the company’s strong dedication, forward-thinking solutions, the development of technology and ensuring comprehensive services of the future to make every BDS customer successful. Steve was instrumental in strengthening the niche business with the design and implementation of Inventrac, a state-of-the-art inventory tracking and reporting system that sets BDS apart from other intercept marketing companies.
